No Injector Pulse

Hi

Octavia with 225000Km just purchsed "no history" fails to start "towed in". Scan shows P2015 which should not cause this, however I ordered the Repair Bracket from DieselGeek for the aluminum manifold.

I did not see a needle lift sensor on injector 3, how then will the ECU knows the "fire" sequence?

No pulse showing on the scope at the injector drive wire.

Where would be a good start to investigate and fix this problem?
