Hello. I bay a Skoda octavia scout 2008 before two months ago. My windshield washer and rear wiper doesn't work. I try the pump directly on the battery is working. There is no power to the fuse. I change the relays for the washer pump, they still don't work. Could it be the CECM? Thanks
