Sad times

Featured Replies

I still love my Citigo. Brilliant little car but I do need some extra equipment to cope with age and mobility issues, hence p/ex for Kamiq on Wednesday next week.

On the subject of accountants being cheap, why a digital gear indicator? I know what gear I'm in, I put it there. Why a temperature gauge? I have skin that tells me how hot or cold it is outside. Would happily have swapped either/both for leccy windows.

Money forced me to go basic 4 years ago but there's basic and then there's just leaving stuff out.

Apart from the shelf pivots ,newer spec models have another set of lugs either side. This allows the shelf to be pushed up further than the strings take it. It is then clipped up by these lugs, until it physically has to be pulled down

And what is the purpose of said feature?

I could understand the need if there were no strings, does it perhaps allow it to be lifted further up for more access?

No idea - never needed to use the locking feature....

The shelf going up and down on strings with the tailgate is essential though; I almost can't believe there are cars that don't do this, but I was corrected, on this thread!
