Abd Fmic

Featured Replies

Hello all,

I've currently got:

Jabba re-map

ABD CAI

Full De-Cat system

ABD TIP

and have just spotted this FMIC on ebay...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4634836474

Is it worth me getting this? Will it make a noticeable difference?

Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I'd get it if I were you (and the price is right).

A remap means higher boost.. which means turbo generating more heat.. which means hotter intake charge... so yeah, it's worth getting an IC.

However, I wouldn't have posted about it on here. You'll likely have mcuh more competition now.

I think its someones on here "joel........

;) Phil not sure if it has met reserve though

I have the ABD Racing FMIC on my Octy vRS and its a brilliant piece of kit, and yes you will notice the difference.

To take advantage of the lower inlet temps it's best to have it re-remapped.

Without the re-remap you will notice that in higer ambient temperatures or higher up the rev range that boost doesn't drop as much i.e it allows the existing map to work as it was really intended.

Ad',

Pimpster has listed that he already has a Jabba map, so FMIC fitted and back to Jabba for a slight modification should see him right.
