Hi guys, im interested in lowering my 2016 vrs. Not sure about how much to lower by and what brand to use. Hoping you guys have some advice and pics to help me out.

H&R 40mm drop is common, it's what mine and plenty of others on here have dropped their vrs on. Plenty info though on the forum. You'll find plenty photos in the projects section 

Lowering is fine but just be prepared to wince a bit when going up or down a ramp in case you catch the bumper. 

My mk2 was lowered on eibachs and wasnt too low. You can go lower but I find you run into ride height issues as above. Plus you reduce the damper stroke and things can get a bit bouncy/crashy over bumps. You can buy shortened dampers as well which are designed to work with a reduced bound/rebound stroke.
