Just got back from a great day at Silverstone watching F1 cars whizz round the circuit. Today and yesterday was a pre GP test and boy are those cars fast and incredibly loud in the flesh. Most of the teams where there with their main drivers just a couple of teams where not present.

Took our new Canon EOS 30D camera and took loads of pics and got some really good ones with the 300mm lens, I'll post a few in a minute.

DAMN IT! I was at Silverstone yesterday on a business seminar!

Saw some of the testing etc etc, also got to go into the pitlane, but didn't see anyone famous!

All the pits were barriered off and screened.
