Fog lights

Featured Replies

Hi All

Does anyone know if the superb sport line has 1 or 2 rear fog lights I'm not sure wether I've a bulb gone or not.

appciate any help

It has 2 rear foglights, hence 2 bulbs, but only 1 of them is active when the foglights r turned on.

There has been discussions on how to enable both.

Activating the 2nd rear fog light seems to work fine on RHD cars, but it doesn't on LHD ones...

Yeah, something to do with road/driving regulations and crap like that in certain countries - so easier for Skoda to enable just the appropriate side only, based on RHD or LHD.

I've had a word with Skoda uk and yeah you're right apparently they fit both sides but only active the one relevant to the country your in they say if they did both it could bigger up some of the other functions. ? So that's it

The most surprising to me, is that you can activate the rear left fog light on a RHD car, whereas, you can't activate the rear right fog light on a LHD car...

I don't really understand why...

the only solution seems to plug the rear right fog light on onto the left one with wires... Not tried yet...
