Hello was just wondering if anyone has come across this starting issue with the pd170 octavia vrs. it takes a long time to start but once it’s started it runs and drives fine but does smoke. I have had the injector seals replaced and have also checked the torsion values and had them set up correctly with no luck. Any help appreciated. Attached video below

 

 

Has it had a cambelt recently, i.e. is the timing is slightly out?

 

Looks like you've a bulb out too.
