Ouch that's a lot of cash. Got to be the way to go though...mobile phone companies will have to watch out.

I think Skype have a version that works on Pocket PCs so that might be a cheaper way of achieving the same result ... just ordered my MDA vario so I'll let you know

There are quite a few phones that have built in wifi such as the MDA Vario or Orange M600. You can run skype on these handsets but you need to overclock the handsets for good performance. More powerful pocket pc phones run it no problem. At present I have Qtek S200 running SJPhone configured with VOIPStunt and it works reasonably well.
