Hi I am picking up my new factory order Kodiaq Sportline week after next and my son has said he bound really like the window blinds option in the back 

is this possible as a retro fit after factory order?

Anything is possible but would imagine you would need to source the rear door cards complete with blinds from an accident damaged Kodiaq if you want OEM.

Or you could fit these or similar.

I have these fitted to my Kodiaq and they are spot on. Easy to fit look good and helps with tinting effect to keep things inside the car hidden. The only down side is the rear one is in two pieces which some may not like but it does not bother me in the slightest.
