2.0 TSI RS Intake Manifold

Featured Replies

Good Morning,

Wondering if I can get some advice please, recently the Intake Manifold has been flagging the EML light. Obvs when I plug the reader in I get error P2015 this is causing a rough idle which is expected.

I was after some information as when looking into the fault, there seems to be an extended warranty in place for this part from VW/AUDI up to 120k or 10 years of age.

My car has only done 61K and is 8 Years old, so I am way in the requirements has anybody ever had this done under warranty because I cannot find anywhere Skoda providing this service.

All the forums are VW/Audi drivers saying they had it replaced, under warranty I phoned Skoda and got no where any bit of advice would be great as I am confused weather to pay £80 for Skoda to plug in.

To find out its not covered, or just get the part and swapped out myself at another garage?

Also if this part is not covered can anyone, provide a price on how much it would cost in Labor I can get the Intake Manifold for £75 online with all the Gaskets and 2 year warranty.

I look forward to your replies,

Thanks

Hi Awesam,

Thanks for posting there forums, the first link helped second isn't any benefit as I have the TSI unless these share the same parts.

and yes £75 I assume the part is from a 3rd party vendor, see link below if anyone can advise if this part will work I have the CCZA which is compatible with this part.

Personally I would rather buy it from Autodoc and pay the extra.
