Got SE Tech today. Having a fiddle around there is a shop area in the infotainment. One of the items I "bought" was the background lighting - however this doesn't actually appear to activate when I have been notified it has been activated.

 

Anyone else had this issue or had it work?

Similarly I have ‘bought’ High Beam Assist. The car says installing but it never seems to complete. Having looked at the Skoda Connect website it states that installation will be after 24 hours from purchase.

Did you get this resolved?  This is an option that I was thinking about as I leased an 'in stock' car with no options available and I really fancied the ambient lighting.

 

Actually, after looking at the front door panels, I'm not convinced the led strips are in there, thus it only being standard on the SE L unless a specified option. I might be wrong, I usually am! 

Nah, never worked.

 

Fishcan I had a peek and didn't see any led strips either. Think it must just be a messup
