Skoda Service Plan

Featured Replies

When I bought my Karoq just before lockdown 1, amongst the pack of paperwork that was generated by the dealer was a "service history certificate". This showed that the car came with a service plan and showed a policy number and the provider - VWFS.

I'm getting no reply from an email address I found online so I was wondering if anybody has such a plan themselves and can give me an email address or 'phone number that works?

I probaly should have done it earlier but I'm trying to get the plan transferred to my name. Thanks in anticipation.

@GladysFriday

Is this a Skoda Approved Used car that came with the service plan as part of the deal with the car?

Currently 2 years on offer i believe.

Or is this a Service Plan that the previous keeper had bought?

?

Why not get the Dealership that supplied the car to sort this out, or at least provide you with 'Current Contact details'  to have the Plan in your name and on the cars reg number.

I went through this recently with my Golf, purchase at 6 months old. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to service it to find it had a plan attached. Contact VWFS and supply them with evidence of ownership and the plan is then transferred into your name.

Would that apply to pre-registered Karoqs?  Bought mine in June, no mention of a service plan and didn’t think to ask.
