Space Back Progress

Recommended Posts

Have had my 2016 (66) Spaceback 2 years now.  I'll put some pictures up when I get chance but this is what I have done and what I am about to do. My favourite retrofit so far was adding the speedlimiter. Really missed that function from other cars I have I used. The coding so far has been done using my ODBEleven.

Converted the Cruise to include the elusive speed limiter

Monte Carlo D Shape steering wheel

Original USB ports in rear of armrest off the later model.

OEM reverse camera with washer

Permanently wired Dash Cam
Soft close grab handles
OEM Bonnet insulation
Retractable bumper cover
Bag Hooks on both sides of the boot
Plastic storage compartments on both side of the boot
Washer bottle top to rubber with built in funnel
Added the springs in the back brakes to stop them sticking in winter
OEM false boot shelf
OEM Heater vent cover to protect the fan.

Spare wheel kit

Mud flaps

Rubber matts and rear tunnel cover

Boot mat

First aid kit in strap above wheel arch
Warning Triangle in the space below boot lip.

Needle sweep

Under parcel shelf net.

I have the OEM parts ready to retrofit the following:

Ambient lighting under dash, storage compartment and rear seats
Light assist
Washer bottle level sensor

I am still gathering parts to retrofit and investigating the adding of:

Heated seats

Folding mirrors

FLA / High Beam assistant

Can anyone help with this? I want to add some pins to the BCU connectors. I have disconnected the cables from the BCU but I cannot work out how to open the connectors to add the pins. I have included an image of the connectors.
