IPAD Issues

Featured Replies

Any Apple guru's in the house?  Since last night my daughter has been having issues with her Ipad 7. The screen constantly switches from the Apple logo on white screen to blank and unable to do anything else. I've carried out a soft reset and update and hard reset as well with no change. It was working fine for a while today before reverting back to the same issue.

Has anyone came across this before? Any advice gratefully received. I'm not a fan of Apple products tbh, much preferring Android.

Any iOS updates been applied recently?

If not sounds like a hardware issue to me, but 7 most common iPad problems might help.

Not had any issues with my iPhone 11 Pro or SWMBOs iPad Mini 5.

Tried all resets, restores etc. Now stuck on recovery mode. Cery frustrating

Have you a Pc or Mac with iTunes that you could plug it in to the USB port of? If you have you can then use iTunes to restore the operating system. You need the iPad to be in recovery mode before you connect it to the PC or Mac.

Tried all that on numerous occasions unfortunately,no change

Good luck, it’s sounding like a trip to an Apple Store Genius Bar time 😒

Make sure you have a stiff drink and a seat to hand when they mention the price of the fix.
