Third brake light stopped working

Hello guys. A few days ago, the third brake light stopped working. I received a message on the MFA and noticed that it was very slightly lit in the middle. Any idea how to disassemble the trunk to get to it? The car is Superb MK2 hatchback and the light is on the internal side of the glass.
