Hi guys, I have a ”new” superb premium combi and ofc a rattle coming from the dash.

It's making me crazy mad. The skoda retailer sad that they don't know what to do.

 

Could you please help me?

 

I have noticed a small gap between the virtual cockpit and the dashboard and I think that is the problem.

I could put a 3/4 sheet of Papers in the gap.

Yep. Welcome to Skoda superb ownership. As quick as I can fix dash rattles, new ones appear. That trim should be on with speed clips. Remove it and pad behind it, then replace the trim again. 
Although Skoda cover it under warranty for 6 months or 6000 miles from new.

i have another 4 Years of factory warranty with skoda.

I think here is the problem?there is a Gap between virtual screen and dash trim.

It appears every time after around 20min of driving when car is heated.

You get next to no warranty on trim rattles. The period is minimal.
