Recently I’ve had water pouring from the tailgate corner when the boot has been opened, this is from the inspection cover for the tailgate lights...

 

any suggestions to where this will be getting in? Blocked drainage?? Seals seem ok and it’s only during heavy rain? 
 

any help greatly appreciated before it affects the electrics
