Dpf boost pressure sensor pipe cut?

Featured Replies

Changed my dpf pressure sensor but one of the pipes looks to have been cut. Anyone any ideas as to why? Only owned the car 6 months and recently had dpf issued and limp mode.

My Superb is exactly the same.

Earlier models had 2 pipes on that sensor that both connected to either end of the DPF.

Now it is connected to the DPF by just the 1 pipe, the short stubby pipe senses atmospheric pressure.

That sets my mind at rest. Thought it had been cut for some reason. All the videos i watch, one of the pipes goes before and one after dpf. Thanks for the reply
