Hello,

Before 7 days ago i bought Skoda Superb in Serbia from an authorized dealer..

I have problem with “Škoda Connect”. 

There is no ŠKODA CONNECT application on the multimedia system in the car (amundsen). I tried to pick it up from the ONLINE SHOP from the car but it doesn't even exist in the shop. I must mention that I made an account on the Škoda portal without any problems and everything works.
For exampIe: I can send route from mobile device to car BUT i cant download route to car beacuse i haven’t SKODA Connect aplication on Amundsen.. I haven’t service information, weather, gas station,map update...

I have skoda connect active servis.. 

 

Can you help me to solve this problem?

I think yiu might need to speak to your dealer

In attach is list of available services..

 

I try to contant dealer immediately but they don’t know how to solved problem.. 

I woukd suggest then, a call to Skoda themselves
