Hi all,

 

When using the Skoda Connect (recently renamed MySkoda) App on my Iphone8, the window showing the lock status hides the buttons to open / lock the car :

 

 

Thus I can't use the remote opening / closing function from my phone.

I've downloaded all App updates, but nothing solves this problem.

Has anyone already this problem? Thanks for your assistance.

No idea? 

I had to register at the dealer with my e-mail address and drivers license to get that option enabled. Guess it’s due to responsibility of the car is remotely opened and someone steals something in the car

Ok, thanks, I´ll ask my local dealer next time I drive by... 😉

I had this done by my dealer last week. But no iimprovement.

The open / close buttons on my smartphone are hidden by the lock status display...

Very strange. 🤔
