Died anyone know if thw front shocks are handed?

 

I've just out together new struts etc and they appear to be both exactly the same.

 

 

No, should fit either side

The tab that the front arb drop links fit into, should they be handed? 

 

It isn't central. 

the tabs will face inwards towards the car so will not be a problem

My two bilsten shocks were not sided

 

Make sure you fit with arrows on top strut facing back to front of car. Sometimes hard to see on the rubber top mounts.

 

Also Unless I have fitted wrong, the front right arb bolt faces forward, the left faces the other way.

 

 

Thanks all, it just concerned me that the shocks are identical both sides.

 

Checked the car and the arb does indeed connect differently both sides.
