This morning I used the my SKODA up to deice the windows however it only does the front? Is this correct?

 

 

I used mine this morning and it did the back window and mirrors as well. Just checked my app and the image is exactly the same as yours above.

Is the App universal world wide as I don’t see that or any other features eg that control windows or door locks on my version in Australia? I have v3.70

I have had the same thing, thinking it should/has done this but noticed recently it had not. i done a bit of testing over this weekend and this morning and it seems that if the wing mirror switch is in the L (I use it when reversing) then  the heated rear window is not on. 

Last night I changed wing mirror switch to the heated position and both the rear and wingmirrors were defrosted when I came out to the car.

It may have been coincidental but worth a try to see if it works for you.

just got to remember to change it now form L to heat.....

Just remember as well that if it is not plugged in and you have not put a tick in the use battery it will not heat up.

Also be aware that it does hammer the battery to do the heating :-(
