Strange noice when I push the gas pedal Skoda Octavia III 150 HP 6 DSG

Hi,
I have the following problem, when I push gas pedal, doesn't metter, if I am on D/S mode or Parking mode, car make strange noice.

I hope anyone give me some answear what could it be from , and how to fix.

Good morning to all from Portugal. We have a 2003 Mk 1 Fabia hatchback with 335000km on it - probably the most honest little car I have had. It is amazing, owes us nothing and we look after it in the hope that it soldiers on awhile longer. About a year ago, whilst I was away, HerLoveliness opened the hatchback, and then closed it, during which process the right hand side gas strut parted company from its lower securing point and....smashed the rear glass. Hi there, I'm new to this forum and my Dad suggested it might be worth a try asking for advice. I have just got (June) a 2nd hand Skoda fabia elegance, 2011. When I picked it up, the air con worked great for the first 10 minutes or so then stopped and was just blowing warm air. (Temps outside were high 20's maybe early 30s). I took it to Halfords which ran an Air con diagnostics: Results: System has pressure leak, system appears to be low on refrigeration gas and recommended to be fully evacua

Last September my Kamiq 1.5 DSG 2020reg (regularly serviced) displayed 'Gearbox in Emergency Mode'. Very near home so able to limp home. Dealer took it in and fixed it under extended warranty. All okay until a month ago when it happened again, this time far from home. Switched off the car, restarted and all back to normal and drove perfectly. Yesterday it happened again and only D2 available. Started car today, no problem, all working, no warning sign. I'll be contacting the dealer again
