It's very cold and battery is dead, car won't even open, anything u can do?

Nope, goes 180 degrees left and right, nothing happens

I have the wires to connect it to another car battery but I can't unlock the car, i only can open the hood from the inside. 

 

Tried the key thing, no signs of door being open nor frozen, simply locked 

Sounds like someone has mess the lock up previously. It should work regardless of the car battery.

 

I think there was another thread recently where they were able to connect the jump leads to the starter power feed and ground which allowed them to unlock it.

You can put one end of charger to the starter motor and other to a ground.
