I have a fabia 2014 and today my passenger side window just suddenly started going up and down on its own. This also happened with drivers side window now too and when I go to open it it automatically comes straight back up can anyone give me any advice please

Thats a new one! It usually does that sort of thing the other way around, if for instance, something obstructs the window. This is a safety issue so someone doesn't get their arm or head clamped in a closed window. Have a look in the door loom wiring section for damaged wiring.
