Visit your local Skoda dealer... but I really doubt they will be able o help you if your car was installed wih unit taht was not supporting these features.

Like @pab567 told you if your car did not have it earlier, is mainly impossible to have it activated afterwards, your car does not support the SWaP codes for it. Look also what @wirer said he has an extensive experience to Fabias.
