  1. I changed the steering wheel. a piece-for-piece replacement fits, but you have to buy a new airbag for the new steering wheel https://wirer.sk/o3_volant22-vymena/ in addition, switching items in the menu does not work correctly. therefore a friend suggested a simple Arduino emulator. it works reliably https://wirer.sk/o3_volant22-modul/ I also got a heated steering wheel. so it's already connected completely and the heating is also working https://wirer.sk/o3_volant22-vyhrev/ I recommend Google Chrome and automatic translation from Slovak for reading
  2. I have a scheme for TDI engines, but I secretly hope that it will be possible to connect it for TSI engines as well. In my opinion, the units for the engine will be similar, but I also looked at the Golf TSI, for example, there is no connection option there either
  3. any news regarding PTC fitting for gasoline engines? I don't have a 1.8, but only a 1.4TSI. I know the pin sizes, I just don't know which position in the motor RJ I should connect them to. so far I have it at 90 and 47, but the diagnostics reports an error and the PTC does not start 😞
  4. try to delete all data on your mobile via Settings - Applications - Android Auto, reset the app. clear cache and all data. don't forget to open the AndroidAuto settings on your mobile after the reset and enable the seamless connection
  5. i don't work at Škoda service, I don't have access to the ETKA catalog or anything like that. so I can't advise you on that. buy a white backlight that will definitely work and change the backlight to green. You are unnecessarily complicating things and dealing with nonsense I had this in my car: Multi Function Steering Wheel Control Module: Subsystem 1 - Part No SW: 3V0 919 719 A HW: 3V0 919 719 A I had the alarm clocks white, the steering wheel too, so I also changed the rest of the buttons to white
  6. parking sensors can be supplemented by rear as well as front, the radio can display it. but does not support the camera
  7. this Swing + does not support a reversing camera, it would have to replace the whole radio. for the camera you need 6V0 035 869 J btw, the camera connects to the blue connector, pins 6 and 12
  8. you don't need to pick the radio or take it apart. I had the same problem, so I know what I'm writing about. the camera only supports the J index see and use translator: https://wirer.sk/f3_swing-plus-871j/
  9. 871H don´t support rear view. you need 871J or 869J
  10. I guess not. for 4 electric windows, the driver's motor is controlled in a different way, in addition it is connected to the LIN communication of the BCM unit. but I didn't try
  11. in the end it didn't bother me, i tried to order another, another window download engine. managed to! physically the engines are the same, this one had according to the seller designation for the right front door, I do not understand why, when the number fits the left front (left-hand drive) the important thing is that it works. I still don't understand the given logic, I didn't change the coding after replacing the motorbike, it remained the original one in Slovak I wrote it as an article for a complete addition of rear electric windows, maybe it will help someone .... https://wirer.sk/f3_okna/ the problem is solved after a year and a half
  12. Hi, I still don't have those windows solved. I pull the driver's window in the opposite direction, ie by pressing the button up. Can't it be a problem that I once changed the BCM bought for Allegro and I don't know what car it came from? maybe nonsense, but I was wondering if anyone has coding BCM and window units from the English version (steering wheel on the right). wouldn't that help turn the whole window control system on? well thank you
  13. you need to buy 2 sets of buttons, solder a few parts and make 1 of 2
