SKODA connect renewal.

Just had an email telling me that my SKODA connect services are soon to expire and inviting me to renew. I'm not going to waste my breath telling them that for me it has not been working since December. There was a period roughly June-August last year that it worked although I never bothered to have the additional activation at the dealers as they wanted to charge me when other people were getting it for free (the activation that is).

I'm sure some people must find it useful but I don't and I think it's just an interesting toy. Are there opposite views?
