Hello all , I'm hoping the more technical savvy than me can help

As  per title I have copied many albums onto both a memory card & a memory stick in both cases the album shows up as album no hint of which 1, I have to select an album to find which 1 it is  .    I presume it's something i have done /not done at the copying stage id be very grateful if someone can point me in the right direction but please bare in mind   I'm not that good on computers
