Going for remap, 170 Cr TDI, leave egr and dpf in or or both out??

Featured Replies

Hi, as the title suggests I'm going for a remap on my cr 170 TDI dsg equipped vrs, after alot of research and mixed opinions, I'm.still undecided weather to have the dpf deleted and egr deleted along with the remap or leave both in? Looking for advice off people who have had both done, just a remap with both left in or remap with both out? Thanks for any replies and any help in advance👍🏻👍🏻👌🏻

Pretty simple in my mind, given the MOT is tightening up on DPF/EGR removal, I'd suggest you leave them fitted :)

The car might be happier without them but is it worth the risk?

I had the DPF and EGR removed when I had mine remapped last year
