Finding the correct part no. for dsg DM flywheel & clutch

Featured Replies

Some parts sites are ‘correct fit’, some or ‘does not fit’

I have a 1.6 DSG 2016 with 168k on the clock. The flywheel is rattling, and the local specialist place said it’s flywheel. However, they are booked up for awhile. I would like to price the bits up myself to start.

There is no drive issues, just the rattle.

This part number keeps popping saying compatible open some, but not others 415054509

Use the VIN number for your car and see what the parts supplier says about the parts you need for the DQ200 DSG your car has.

?

Do you mean to buy the parts and you do the work?

The Specialist knows the parts required if the are a Specialist used to working on DQ200 DSG's.

I meant me buying the parts, and then getting the pros to do it. My local garage cant get parts for less than £1100, where I can get them for £600 from the same place.

That is good then if you can get them the parts that they are happy enough with the quality to fit.

Obviously if they were able to quote a price for the parts then they knew which parts were needed and could tell you.
