Featured Replies

I have a Kodiaq and I have a problem with my Canton Sound system. I left the car, closed the car and everything was fine. I come back in 10 min., start the car and suddenly  the sound is intereputed and squeaky with noises like we are searching for radio station, it do this for all audio sources bluetooth, radio etc...

Please find attached a video if this.

Have you tried rebooting infotainment? Hold power button till it goes off completely and then Skoda logo appears, then release.

Have got the same issue. Yesterday was driving home and all of a sudden there was no sound. Not the radio, Android, nothing.

Got in this morning and it was fine, then at lunchtime today had a similar issue to your recording. Did you ever get a resolution on this one?

I only had the car a few weeks.

I also have had this problem, if I ask the ‘voice control’ to put the exact radio station on that I was listening to, the sound comes back on?

Had exact same problem couple of days ago. Restart the infotainment (long press on on/off button till screen restarts with skoda logo) and problem is rectified.

Hope this works for you too.
