I've replaced the bulbs and still not working. Checked fuse F4 and that seems intact; swapped with another 5a to prove.

 

So need your expert help in sorting. Anyone experienced this? 

What car and what year? You've posted in the Mk2 Fabia subforum, but your profile says Octavia 1.9tdi?
