Superb MK3 factory fitted Virtual pedal, option to easy close/kick to close, help needed

Didnt want to hijack the virtual pedal retrofit thread, so made a new one.

 

Im trying to code my factory fitted VP to have kick to close, found several sources that state all you need to do is code in 09, and 05, and thats it, but does not work for me at all, ill attach vcds config files for 05,09, and 6D, can i get someone that has kick to close to scan and otput theirs so i can match them, im wondering if the HW or SW revisions need to be different, or its just a case of me not having the double buttons on the hatch, or something else! Do u know which particular Adaptation?

I can check mine as I have a hatch (MY17) which came from factory with kick to open & close.

I don't have double buttons on the boot hatch.

I would love to tell you which particular adaptation I need, but the thing is I can't tell at this point, I tried to enable vip_kicktoclose but that has done nothing, then I tried all the easy close options, and no go, so if you can do the whole admaps that will do the trick I guess! 

If you can, I need the admaps for module 05,module 09, and module 6d, that would be a life saver! Cheers!

keep in mind 09 Electrics changed (coding) between MY16 (urs) and MY17 (mine).

also keep in mind @defiant has a facelift MY20, which has newer modules and likely different coding and adaptations.

Note in your 09 BCM module, @JR RS has version CG hardware, running CG software

 

and he has the adaptation

 

ENG141634-ENG142259-Verdecksteuergeraet-Kick_and_close   present, and set to 'installed'   @bubib5, you seem to have version AN Hardware running AS software on this module, and I don't see that adaptation there.   I can't say if it's the issue or not, just an observation

Yeah, i did compare them, sadly didnt have the time to get it hooked up to vcds, and see, hopefully ill do it on monday.. Been out of town today, and tomorrow! Thanks for the heads up, i do think i can flash it to CG, if it has to be done to get the option to code it! Will know more in 2 days i guess!

Ignore that, Verdecksteuergeraet means convertible car, nothing to do with virtual pedal. 

 

I found the option you need, which also helped me get kick to close working on my retrofit 😊

 

It's in module 05
