I succeed to ruine my chrome on air outlets... Dont know how but Chrome swelled and separated from plastic... Is there any chance to save the day? 

 

It has happened to many of us, my chrome on the middle and right vent is also starting to separate. The only solution is replacement. I would double check the shape is correct in the replacements you've found on AliExpress and check reviews. Other option is ebay or a wrecker for second hand genuine parts.
