Just looking through the Skoda web page at Superb specs and I noticed:

 

Please note - "The 2.0 TSI 272 PS DSG 4x4, 2.0 TDI 190 PS DSG and 2.0 TDI 190 PS 4x4 DSG engines are only available from stock."

 

Curious inasmuch as I only ordered one 3 days ago.......

Configurator still has it list to order... the TSI is back to a 280ps, so maybe it's the 272 they list as stock only cos it's been replaced.

Strange message to get as 2.0 tsi are back to 280 ps and the 2.0 diesel is 200 ps and have been for a while.

Yep, looks like they are just trying to clear stock out

Yep, more than happy to trade a 150hp for a more powerful engine if the 4x4 version is going to tick my boxes.
