Any ideas to what might be causing this, possibly fuel temp sensor?? Coolant temp sensor??

Got same problems, everything works fine, non dashboards warning lights, (didn't check VAG check up for code errors). Fabia mk2 2007 1.9 PD tdi. Starting cold car normally then i w8 like 30 sec to little warm up car, driving off on 1st gear, it happens slow start, bouncy start, seems like clutch don't bite, ... After 5-10 mins driving  and warm up the whole car 1st gear seems normal no problem at all
