Hi folks

Weird issue with my MKIV Octavia

I am driving along and the interior light for drivers side keeps coming on and off.  

It happened again this morning. I stopped the car, opened and closed the door and the light went off, drove on for another few kms and light back on and off again.

Has this happened anyone else?

I wonder if the sensor is overly sensitive? Moving a hand to almost touch the light switches it on/off, but maybe it’s too sensitive to movement?

This has been mentioned before on here. But it was rear interior lights rather than front. 
if I recall correctly, the whole light cluster was replaced under warranty and that seemed to resolve the issue. 👍🏼
