Why I can't import contacts to the multimedia? I press import contacts and nothing-empty of contacts

But I can see sms/mms?

In your bluetooth settings, make sure you have "Contact Sharing" enabled, perhaps this could be the reason?

Another thought, if you’re connected by Apple CarPlay (or, I think, Android Auto) you can’t use the usual /previous Bluetooth style phone connection as well. Use CarPlay for calls etc instead.
