I've noticed cracks appearing in all four of my OEM Hankook Ventus s1 evos.

I've never had tyres do this before. 

The car will be three years old in September and has less than 11k miles. I check the pressures regularly (granted not that often during lockdown) 

So do I replace/monitor/ignore? 

I'd suggest that's normal 'wear and tear'...   it's nothing like the Dunlop SP01 issue I had a few years back where cracking was within the circumferential grooves and deep enough for the carcass to start showing.
