Haynes Service and Repair Manual for Favorit

Featured Replies

Hello,

Can someone send me this manual.. I need it for some screw torque values...

Thanks

On this forum we don't "send" copyrighted materials.

Better ask for the torque values you are interested and somebody might have an answer.

In an old skodas the only critical torque values are head bolts and hub nuts.

All the others you gan get away with good n' tight.

I never asked to upload the file here.. You can always send a password protected zip file via email, or use some of the free upload sites..

Well, for now, I need just a value for the 18mm screw on the lower engine holder (so-called "telephone") ... On some Czech forum I found that it was 30 Nm + 1/4 turn, but I want to be sure..

I tend to overtight, that's why I want to do everything by the book

There are no such things as torque values for screws. There sometimes are for bolts, studs and set screws but those are all. Also, as stated earlier, even if correct the values and presentation in Haynes are copyright.
