Hi,

 

My partner and myself have been rejected by Skoda finance with no real explenation from the dealer. We have been a customer with them for 2.5 years and were in the process of a factory order VRS. The dealer says we can speak to them but they may just give us the standard excuse of not meeting criteria etc. Im at a loss as to how we have been rejected considering we put down a healthy deposit and are trading in our current financed Superb sportline. This would also be our 3rd car with them as well. We did hit a little rough patch with them at the start of COVID but that has been resolved a while ago.

 

Has anyone else had the same experiance with them and is there a actual human we can speak to for a explination or appeal the decision? Or is there anyother options for us?

Have you taken advantage of any of the Government Covid support packages?  E.g. some lenders are not lending to self-employed who took up the loans/grants - not saying that applies here but just asking...
