Brake discs and pads

Featured Replies

Evening all,

I am somewhat inexperienced so was hoping for some advice. I need to change my front discs and pads and have seen Euro Car Parts are currently selling Brembo for a decent price. Would the following fit my 54 plate VRS? I know they’re 288mm but not sure about bolt hole etc!

Thanks in advance 😊

Yes, they're perfect, Brembo are excellent quality parts in my experience.

Thank you for the quick reply and for the info! A friend of a friend changed my rear disks and must have used very very very cheap discs and pads as the discs will soon need changing and it’s only been 2 years / 10k miles, so thought I’d pay extra for a good branded name 😊

To be fair, the rear discs on these cars do so little work that they tend to rust out long before they wear out, it's why drums suit small light cars better.
