I have a phone call showing ending on my system but it doesn't so jamming the whole system. Have tried switching Bluetooth off which clears the screen. As soon as I reconnect Bluetooth it shows the same phone contact ending call. Any suggestions?

Turn both the car's infotainment system completely off and restart your phone, then re connect both.

I had the same problem a few years ago after my phone had a software update - and as suggested rebooting both infotainment AND phone fixed it.
