Turbo has just packed in on the car. 55 plate 116k miles. Just wondering what people think the car would be worth to someone as is, it runs fine and just had the cambelt and water pump done, MOT expires next month

A rebuilt turbo is cheap and easy to replace, why not just fix it?

To be honest, I am thinking of selling the car anyway so not sure it is worth the outlay. Have been quoted £890 fitted for OEM turbo plus it needs MOT

That's a shocking price, get a couple more quotes.

You'll end up getting nothing for the car with a blown turbo and no MOT.
