I have 1 horn not functioning (low) and wondered where they are located and how to access them? Am hoping I dont need to remove the front bumper 🤞🤞

Behind the front bumper on the passenger side. The easiest way to get to them is to jack up the car and pop out the passenger side wheelarch liner.
