Hi All,

 

Recently went from a Skoda Superb Mk II to a 2015 early Superb MK III L&K. It has a lot of features like ACC, Lane Assist, Park Assist 3.0 etc. However, it's missing features like Traffic Sign Recognition and Light Assist. 

 

My question is, if I upgrade the Columbus firmware to a newer version will these features become available? Technically the kit to make these work is already in the car. I would try myself, but I've searched all over, but cannot find the latest version to try this myself.

They may be codable with VCDS/ODBii. I don't think firmware will add them though.

No, a firmware update for the Columbus will not enable functions like TSR or High Beam Assist.

 

U need to enable that via OBDEleven or VCDS tools.

 

Do a search - plenty of posts with instructions/steps.
