refurbed rack seems to be gone after 3 days

bought a refurbished rack from wps on ebay fitted and had it tracked, was silent/perfect for all of 3 days, now its making the sound in the vid on take off stopping turning at slow speed etc, went and tightened all of the subframe bolts with a 3 foot bar just in case made no difference, any ideas before i return this rack? and anybody have any recommendations for a good refurbisher? or links to cheap new ones?

Is the creaking inside or outside the car or both? If inside then look at the joints all the way from the steering shaft to the connection with the new rack. Could be that a joint or bolt is contacting plastic trim or similar.

It's coming from under the car I've ordered a low milage gen 3 rack going to install that and the loom and send the "refurb" one back
