Climate control not getting down to temp set

Hi, in my last car with climate control I could set it to 23.5deg and it would reach that and be fine.

In my Skoda if I set it to that, it will never reach that, more like 25deg. But if I set it to 20deg it will come down to 23deg. So it's not an issue if it can reach the lower temps, more of an issue the system doesn't think it needs to. I'd love to know what the car thinks the cabin temp is, it's obviously wrong, too high.

Anyway to check?
